This is one of the images I made on Saturday morning this past weekend on the coast. I scouted the location the previous afternoon knowing that I would need to be set up well before sunrise to catch the different kinds of light you get as the sun rises very quickly with a clear sky. However the image itself is a failure (to add to my site or to print large), mainly due to the limitations of the equipment I was using. By doing a 2 panel shift stitch I was beyond the limits of what the lens could deliver. Still I like the colors and the composition and its a scene I will revisit. I have a couple of other compositions that did work out from that morning which I will share in the future.
