Grey-Headed Albatross - 5D3, 70-200 @ 200, f/4, 1/1600s, ISO 400

The Grey-Headed Albatross is a threatened species of Albatross nesting primarily on islands in the Southern Ocean.  Our very first landing on South Georgia Island was at Elsehul, where there is a colony of these birds nesting.  We hiked up a couple of hills and were positioned to photograph the nesting birds from a safe distance.  I particularly like the striking yellow color of the upper bill.
