Knot and Rock

Knot and Rock - Cambo Actus, IQ4 150, 70mm, f/16, 8s, ISO 50.

I was drawn to this composition because I liked the shapes of the limbs of the tree against the rock both pointing straight up. It’s a tricky composition not only to get everything lined up, but also because there isn't enough depth of field to get both elements that are pointing up to be in focus. This is where using a technical camera with movements comes to the rescue with some tilt and swing.
