I am going to share images made recently over this next week and since the Bay Area is under a blanket of smoke, the fires and smoke will be a theme. Starting things off is an image from my quick trip up to Bandon, Oregon at the beginning of September. A long distance panoramic of Bandon Beach takes on an unnatural color as I had photographed it under smoke, but corrected the contrast and white balance in post.
