An abstract of the solar evaporation ponds outside of Moab used to mine potassium chloride. I love the the variations of the subtle shades of blue and this is one of my favorite images from that aerial shoot. We flew by these ponds quickly and I was photographing them past the pilot who was to my left so I had to work quickly to find interesting abstracted compositions. I liked this one the most and verified and it prints really well on metallic papers.
