An abstract of the patterns left in the sand from flowing water (the shell) and the lines of light drawn by the sun refracting through the water (the caustics). What really blows me away is just how much additional interesting patterns are visible when you zoom in even farther. The complexity of nature at all these scales is truly remarkable.
