I wanted to capture and bring attention to the long root of the front most tree and so I made this image from low on the ground. I also wanted the entire ground front right in front of the camera to the sand dunes in the back to be in focus and this is where tilt with the technical camera comes in handy. Tilting doesn't just give infinite depth of field, its actually more of a wedge (look up Scheimpflug principle, yes there is math in photography) and so the foreground tree tops are slightly out of focus.
