So much of the area surrounding the SF Bay Area is being consumed by fire and the resulting smoke is making for strange and unnatural colors at dusk. I went for a walk last night during a reprieve from the smoke and made a few images of the twisted limbs of the Cypress, some with the color of the smoky sunlit sky, others turned into a graphic black & white. Much of this is inspired by Art Wolfe and the Pathways to Creativity class.
