Later this morning, I’m headed to Santiago Chile for ICCV (computer vision conference).  I’ve been to Santiago a couple of times before but an open to any suggestions of things I should check out in the evening.  I made this image on my trip to Chile earlier this year, this was in Punta Arenas.
