I made this image on one of my first shoots out to Point Lobos after getting my technical camera. I wanted to capture the vivid reds of the moss against the rocks and since the sun had almost cleared the mountains, I captured 3 exposures and used HDR Efex Pro 2 to combine the exposures. Fortunately it was a relatively calm day and so without a lot of moment the fusion came together well.
