Pescadero Tide Pool - 645Z, 28mm, f/22, 132s, ISO 100.

An image from the archives that I had forgotten I made over 5 years ago. I remember the day well, as it was the last days leading up to the Google Photos launch and I had very busy with little time for anything other than work in the preceding months. I decided to head out to the coast with my older daughter and just make whatever images I could find. These days I tend to prefer the 5:4 aspect ratios for vertical images, but I left this one as 4:3 because I had some light leakage on the right side from an ill fitting ND filter. I played around with a monochrome treatment as well, but ultimately ended up preferring the color version.
