I spent the weekend at Yosemite and for the first time ever I don’t think I took a single picture of anything touristic or iconic. The time was spent just relaxing with family (no sunrise or sunset photography) and though I did make a few photographs they were all mostly near the hotel which is technically outside the park. I made this one, from our patio, the Yosemite View Lodge has many rooms with a gigantic patio on the banks of the Merced river, well worth it.
