Roots and Rocks

I made this image on my second day photographing at the Bruce Peninsula earlier this year. I hiked out early in the morning to this rocky beach and spent a couple of hours working with the trees and the rocks with perfect overcast skies. I had a few hikers go by with a quizzical look on their face; they must have been wondering why this guy was spending so much time with plain old rocks with a gigantic camera.
