This image was a happy accident. I made this image handheld and didn't notice the shutter speed had dropped to 1/6s and so also ended up pulling the camera up during part of the exposure. When I heard how long the shutter was open for, I knew it would be blurry and figured it would just get tossed. But when I brought it into LIghtroom, I actually ended up really liking the blur and so processed it with a dreamy style.
